Membership options

Membership Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.

• Memberships are billed monthly and provide benefits based on the selected tier.
• Member pricing applies only to services booked during the active membership period.

2. Commitment Periods

• Access Membership ($49/month): Month-to-month, no long-term commitment required.
• Essential Wellness Membership ($69/month): Requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
• Enhanced Wellness Membership ($129/month): Requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
• Premium Wellness Membership ($229/month): Requires a 6-month minimum commitment.
• Platinum Wellness Membership ($549/month): Requires a 12-month minimum commitment.

3. Payment Terms

• Membership fees will be billed automatically each month on the start date of the membership.
• Members are responsible for keeping payment information up-to-date.
• Payments are non-refundable once processed.

4. Early Cancellation Policy

• Memberships canceled before the end of the commitment period will incur an early termination fee:
  • 3-month memberships: $50
  • 6-month memberships: $100
  • 12-month memberships: $150
• To cancel a membership, we request notice sent via email to relax@4elementswellnesscenter.com at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Unused Sessions

• Unused sessions do not roll over to the next month.
• It is the member’s responsibility to schedule and utilize their included sessions.

   6.Membership Upgrades and Downgrades 

• Members may upgrade their membership at any time, with prorated adjustments applied.
• Downgrades are only allowed after the completion of the current commitment period.

7. Suspension and Freezes

• Memberships may be frozen for up to 1 month per year for reasons such as travel or medical issues.
• Requests for freezes must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. 

    8.Member Benefits

• Members enjoy exclusive pricing on additional sessions, services, and events.
• Discounts, promotions, and benefits are subject to change and cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Termination of Membership

• 4 Elements Wellness Center reserves the right to terminate a membership for violations of center policies or non-payment.
• No refunds will be issued for terminated memberships.
